Hospitality was really great, with great service. The team in the executive lounge was helpful and service oriented. Special thanks goes to Maria and Aza. The breakfast had excellent quality. Other services also was good.
The pool was not available for use. A substitute was available by shuttle. The executive lounge was also not available, and they gave a substitute. The top floor bar was also not available .

i asked for a baby crib and bottle warmer before arrival. it was not ready when we arrived at 11 PM, what a start. most staff were not cute, i find it off putting. i have stayed in many five STAR hotels, this was not up to par
